How much would each of these home upgrades cost for a $500,000 house?

1. you are obviously not in California because a 500k house would never have these features. But anyways, if you hire a licenced, bonded, insured and responsible contractor be prepared to pay about- $400 for the drywall, paint and framing of the recess for the wall mount with minimal electric/cable work water feature?-too vague - remember, there is on-going maintanence costs of these water features. shower- using average finish materials (tile,stone or wood) about $2400 (if you can easily tie into exhisting plumbing) other stuff is too vague.
2. The price of the house is irrelevent to the price of the features you list. But each of those has too many variables for anyone to estimate.
