Wall Water Features

How can I distinguish Iguana from water dragon? Any distinct features of either type especially when its small?

1. my baby iguana has milk that comes out of its butt don't know if that happens with water dragons
2. Well iguanas are much larger and can grow a lot faster. Chinese water dragons usually have this distinct head shape. Also they don't seem to have as much hanging under their neck. hope it helps
3. A baby iguana will have one large round scale under the eardrum. A baby water dragon does not.
