1. FastStone Photo Resizer 2.8 has a good watermarking feature. www.faststone.org/FSResizerDetail.htm To add a watermark you must turn on advanced options (check box), then enter advanced options area - use tab #9 (of 10) to choose your watermark file. Have fun with it, I like it a lot and it has many other features too !
