Wall Water Features

Does the Face on the Pink Floyd album "the Division Bell" really have roger water's features?

I read or heard a rumor that the face on the division bell has roger waters' face features the first time I heard of it I thought it was nonsense, but the more I look at it the more I think I see it

1. Haha! I never thought or heard of that before...they kind of do though (the faces). The concept though is that it's supposed to represent mis-communication.
