Rotating Circular Water Feature on Great Vacation Homes with Samantha Brown.?

One of the episodes featured a large Solar Home somewhere in the US. I distinctly remember the owner having a basement full of train sets. He had this beautiful Kinetic Water Feature thst was attached to the garden wall. It rotates and small discs on it rotate as well. I think he said that he special ordered it from UK or something. Made from somekind of metal. Quite big too. 4-5 feet I think. Below it is an area of water. Quite possible that it acts as a pump. Can anyone tell me where did it come from and who manufactured it? Also I've been searching like crazy for it online but can't find any pictures. I will be very grateful if anyone manages to answer this question...Thanks...
