Wall Water Features

Are you a WATER FEATURE pro?

If so, I am wanting to make a feature with 3 panels at different hights and with the Sheet decents so it trickels down the rock wall, (measuring from ground to top) one panel at 1.6m one at 1.5m and the highest panel around 1.8m... Could I make this out of besser blocks?? or bricks? Or has any one else got a good cheap idea??

1. Judging by the number of unsafe (electrically speaking) water features and fountains I see every year; there is no such thing as a "water feature expert". There are a lot of people that know about positioning rock ledges to make water and gravity mix together to look pretty; but I have yet to find one that can keep the people "enjoying" their work from being electrocuted! Cheap and safe do not fit together very well where there is a life-safety issue.
