How to make a small rain curtain?

I bought a Mexican Clay Chimena (i think thats how you spell it) well heres a picture.... http://www.argos.co.uk/wcsstore/argos/images/37-3450451MMA71UC564794M.jpg but anyways i was planning on making it into a waterfountian instead of a fireplace. I want water to drip down from the inside like a rain curtain or a wall water fountain like this one.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XgLQ4gHHb8g&feature=player_embedded but really small. Does anyone out there know how to make one?

1. sorry these clay pieces are not made for water they will soften up and collapse , I live in socal and all the clay were getting is nasty and cheap , colors good and as soons as you add water poof it falls apart.
