  1. whimsy is important in fairy tales. This can be done simple and fun... Your personal style will dictate how you go about this project.. I would start a idea folder holding how toos + a cork board for inspiration.. clip pictures and fabrics, paint chips. Mosiac Broken pottery, dishes marbles all make nice pieces for mosiac work can be done on tea carts, tables, back splash, pots, bird house and more. http://www.inlandcraft.com/howto/mosaic/mosaic1.htm So you could use a jewelled color palette or pastels. keeping it simple and fun.. chairs hung on the wall (I like the idea of childrens wood chairs) painted different colors wine bottles or intresting shape bottles with drink me on them.. door stops,Amazon has these also http://www.funtocollect.com/witchdoorstop.html Out doors. Tuffet in my garden I used used 2 cement blocks side by side you can double this by stacking for height requirement. I then covered this shaping a mound of dirt then added ivy all over from ground up filled it full.wraping ivy as it grew around and around the armature(dirt and cement blocks)this made it solid enough to actually sit on..yes i did to read outdoors to my kids. The longer plants on top gave it the mushroom look, hence tuffet. takes some time to be able to use the tuffet if you do the plants need to root and become stable. actually works as a foot stool also. I have a fondness for wall foutains and rainwater chains.. rainwater bells sometimes called rain chains .range in price from 40.00-200.00 Chandeliers cooko clocks or make your own melting dali style clock. http://www.2dayblog.com/2007/01/24/2days-how-to-make-a-salvador-dali-clock/ http://blog.makezine.com/archive/2007/06/diy_dali_vinyl_record_clo.html door knobs and hinges to no where. old armoire made into a doorway easy indoor wall fountain. http://www.wamhomecenter.com/productcart/pc/viewPrd.asp?idproduct=28751&utm_source=Froogle&utm_medium=Feed&utm_campaign=Product Grow moss : Mix up a batch of 12 oz. beer, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and a couple of clumps of moss.
